SEWAGE AND FOOD WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM
SANITRADE SRL proposes ecological and technological solutions.
Sewage: Disposal vacuum, consists to collect the toilets to a vacuum system for collecting and storing waste. These effluents can be pumped into a cleaner producing techniques water for easy disposal.
The lowest water consumption and use of taps to ensure a consistent flow autonomy even in the absence of connection to the sewerage; not to overlook the significant energy savings for each discharge takes less than one litre of water.
Wet waste: collect the "kitchen" to a vacuum system for collecting, shredding and separation of solids / liquids with direct discharge into sewerage and / or dedicated tanks and / or scrubbers.
Solid waste: use of last generation compactors that facilitate the collection, disposal and differentiation.
Employ
The systems are particularly suited in the presence of critical and needs, scarcity of water, no sewerage and / or in depression, reduced possibility of discharge. May be of interest in residential centres, renovation of historic buildings, areas where we require the minimum environmental impact, military camps, camping, civil protection needs.
Sizing System
The systems allow you to change size and capacity of each plant to reach optimum performance. They can be wired to the needs of both the size of the machinery and with the growing number of modules.
TECHNICAL MODULE / ECOLOGICAL AREA
For the service of waste and wastewater collection, waste differentiation, wastewater treatment.
In the module are installed:
1 – Vacuum Station for blacks and greys wastewater collection:
- Suction of blacks wastewater that is pumped in the sewerage with prevalence 20 Mt.
- Aspiration of grey water that is pumped in the sewerage
2 – Sewage treatment with separation of sludge and technical water production.
The plant is in accordance with current IMO Resolution MEPC.159 (55)
3 – Multi Chamber Compactor for:
- Collection and compaction of plastic
- Collection and compaction of paper
- Collection and compaction of metal and tin cans.
4 – Glass Crusher for:
- Collect and shredder glass with a volume reduction approx.80%.
Bins to collect wet waste in the quantity and number to be agreed with the spaces available.
5 - Suction unit for collecting wet waste from kitchens and food processing in general.
All above machines are installed and functioning within appropriate container, which is adequate:
- Power supply
- Supply of water for regular operations of maintenance
- Discharge into sewerage or dedicated tank (even after discharge having a prevalence of about 20 meters).
